There is a very real and urgent need for low cost housing. There are homeless people and there is a demand for low cost housing, in addition to helping those people in the community less fortunate or not able to go forward with the basic necessities of life.
With this endeavour, we can build great things together, not only in problem solving, but creating and building something new on a more dynamic and comprehensive scale, something that has the potential to grow and succeed in many ways.
Looking at supply chain development, with a co-operative association builders group that involves materials and trades suppy, as well as financial and time investment, we can the lower cost and provide quality for the building projects.
We can assess the present state of assets and capabilities and look at what we need to go forward with this vision in a practical down to earth manner that is innovative, dedicated, and having our actions aligned with our values and purpose.
We can also have more people engaged and dedicated or committed to the process and project development and the successful realization of these goals and long term vision, which can continue to increase in having a positive impact in the lives of people in addition to the community at large, trades and suppliers, the construction industry, and working with local government, that is in particular, the planning and building department.
The Liaison aspect of working with the building department, in addition to the Mayor and Council is essential, and going forward requires unlocking the dam that his holding back the construction industry and projects for all people, whether new construction, renovation, cottage projects or the Low Cost Housing Project.
We are looking for contractors, individual or enterprise, associations, professionals, such as architectural, engineering, design, liaison, artists, publicity and communications personnel, to join in and be involved.
Certainly from the investor point of view, both financial and non finacial invesment is possible, non financial being time, materials, resources, property or other useful and relevant options.
From a dynamic investment point of view, there are common shares, serial bonds, convertible bonds and even conversion into products and services.
This kind of private investment is based in private enterprise and related entities utilized in the Low Cost Housing Project, which can have various types of investors, investment and relelated components that contribute to the succees of the endeavour, which goes beyond simply housing, which is directed to a greater more expanded vision and permanent solution.
It is possible to have infrastructure that contributes to trades development, production of contruction related products on a local scale, such as woodwork, doors, cabinetry, concrete and forestry products, dimensional and rough lumber, truss components and steel roofing.

Truss Pro Incorporated is working on building package for modular homes, fixed and mobile buildings, with high speed solid assembly of components, truss wall, floor truss and roof truss, in addition to project maintenance buildings, main lodge, living, lounge/library, kitchen and eating facilities and unified restroom facilities, with independent bathroom facilities.
Geothermal heating hydronic in-floor heating is envisioned.
ICF is proposed, tile flooring and steel roofing are some of the design elements proposed.
